Coaching - transform your life!
The process of coaching is interactive. I work with you to identify your
goals, and help you create a process to achieve them!
Coaching is not like therapy or consulting. I will not be giving you advice or
providing expertise. Throughout our coaching relationship I will assume
YOU are the expert on your life, that you have the answers. I'll ask you
direct questions that relate to what is going on with you. I'll ask you to take
action when you've chosen an objective, and I'll hold you accountable for
the actions that you commit to. Together we will create an alliance to help
you stay focused on and move towards your chosen goals.
Coaching can be very exciting, challenging and rewarding. I only ask that
you bring yourself to each call or visit exactly as you are. Perhaps you are
confused, excited, nervous, frustrated, proud of yourself or your progress,
angry, delighted or any of a thousand states of mind. Remember, coaching is
all about you! By being honest and looking at yourself without judgement
we can explore your thoughts and actions - are your choices serving or
limiting you? You create the choices that transform your life!
My job in this process is to help you identify your inner resources and
determine what you need. Together we will work to remove obstacles and
apply proven strategies to create meaningful and measurable success. I will
motivate you, support you, and assist you to create a Life Plan to help you
focus on what is important for you!
